The hard questions, answered straight

Everything manufacturers ask before working with us — including the questions most providers dodge. If yours isn’t here, ask it on a free 30-minute call and you’ll get the same straight answer.

WHAT YOU ACTUALLY GET

What you actually get

What exactly counts as a meeting?

A scheduled conversation with a decision-maker — an import manager, category buyer or purchasing director — at a company you approved, who confirmed they want to talk about your product. Not a contact. Not a “maybe.” No-shows don’t count toward your 10; we rebook them.

What does the guarantee actually say?

Minimum 10 meetings with buyers you approved in your first project — or we keep working at no additional cost until you have them. You never pay twice for the same result.

What happens after the first project?

You decide: continue in the same market, open a new one, or stop. No long contract holds you. The buyer relationships built during the project belong to you either way.

How quickly do the first meetings land?

Typically 2–3 weeks after we start contacting buyers — which is usually weeks 5–6 from your first call, after your buyer list is mapped and approved. The exact timeline for your product and market is set on the discovery call.

THE HARD QUESTIONS

The hard questions

How are you different from a trade agent or an export consultant?

A trade agent works their own existing contacts and takes a commission on whatever sells. A consultant hands you a strategy to execute yourself. We do neither: we get you into the room with buyers you name and approve, then step back — you own the relationship, the terms and the deal. No commission on your sales.

We already have a distributor in our target market.

Most producers we meet have one partner covering “the whole market” — which in practice means a few chains in one region or one channel. We open the channels and regions that partner doesn’t reach, so you fill the gaps around your existing relationship, not risk it. You approve every company, so nothing goes to a buyer you’d rather protect.

We don’t speak the buyer’s language.

You don’t need to. First conversations run in the language the market expects — German across DACH, English across the Nordics and most cross-border trade — written by people who sell in that language. You join the meeting itself in English where you need to.

We’ve tried reaching foreign buyers ourselves and got nowhere.

Reaching the right category buyer, in their language, with the right spec sheet, at the moment their range is open, is a full-time job most export teams can’t staff. The difference isn’t sending more messages — it’s reaching the one named buyer who is relevant, at the right time, with the documentation ready.

What if buyers don’t reply?

You never chase silence. The only meetings that reach your calendar are with buyers who have already agreed to a conversation — you don’t spend a minute on the ones who don’t.

Our product needs certifications — will buyers even qualify?

European buyers expect certification (IFS or BRCGS for food retail, plus market-specific layers like Germany’s QS scheme for meat or organic standards for Bio ranges) before they commit. We qualify buyers on fit — including whether what they require matches what you can actually ship and document — so your first meetings are with buyers you can already supply.

FIT AND SCOPE

Fit and scope

Which markets do you cover?

Our home ground is getting Central-European manufacturers in front of Western and Northern European buyers — Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Nordics, Czechia and more — and we open new markets continuously. If your target market isn’t on our export markets page, book a call and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can reach your buyers there.

Who do you say no to?

We turn down projects on the first call if your product isn’t export-ready yet, if you want success-fee-only terms, or if nobody on your side can take the meetings we book. An honest no on day one beats a disappointing quarter for both of us.

How do I see what’s happening during a project?

A live dashboard shows every message and every reply, as they happen. You approve every company and every message before anyone is contacted — there are no black boxes.

Looking for market specifics? Every export market page answers the market’s own hard questions — and the free buyer maps show who buys what, channel by channel.

Still have a question?

Ask it on a 30-minute Discovery Call — including the awkward ones. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so on the call.
