About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional SDR who understands that great prospecting is about precision, not volume. You're someone who sees patterns, crafts compelling narratives, and knows how to turn cold outreach into warm conversations. At ProspectX, our SDRs work with data-driven systems, not spray-and-pray lists. You'll leverage our elite GTM infrastructure to reach decision-makers with relevant, personalized messaging that actually resonates.

What You'll Do

Execute Precision Outreach: Run multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone) targeting high-value B2B prospects

Qualify Leads: Engage prospects, understand their needs, and determine fit before passing to Account Executives

Master the Message: Craft and iterate on personalized messaging that cuts through noise and drives responses

Collaborate with GTM Engineers: Work closely with our tech team to optimize campaigns based on data insights

Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM, track metrics, and report on performance

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, buyer personas, and competitive landscape

What We're Looking For

B2B Sales Experience: 1-2 years in SDR or similar role, preferably in SaaS or tech

Excellent Communicator: Native or fluent English with exceptional written and verbal skills

Results-Driven: Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and KPIs

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with modern sales tools (CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation)

Resilient & Persistent: Handle rejection well, learn from "no", and keep pushing forward

Strategic Mindset: Understand that quality conversations matter more than activity metrics

Self-Motivated: Thrive in remote environment with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

Experience selling B2B marketing or GTM services

Familiarity with Clay, Smartlead, Apollo, or similar GTM tools

Previous experience in a high-growth startup

Understanding of buyer psychology and decision-making processes
