About the Role

We're seeking a strategic Key Account Manager who sees client relationships as long-term partnerships, not transactions. You're someone who deeply understands client needs, proactively identifies growth opportunities, and ensures every client achieves measurable ROI. At ProspectX, you'll manage relationships with our most important clients, acting as their trusted advisor and internal champion. You'll ensure they extract maximum value from our Elite GTM Execution services while identifying opportunities for expansion.

What You'll Do

Strategic Account Management: Own relationships with 10-15 key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth

Client Success: Develop deep understanding of each client's business, challenges, and goals to deliver strategic value

Performance Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews, present data-driven insights, and demonstrate clear ROI

Expansion & Upsell: Identify opportunities to expand service scope and increase account value

Internal Collaboration: Work closely with GTM Engineers and leadership to ensure flawless execution

Issue Resolution: Act as escalation point for client concerns and ensure rapid, effective resolution

Renewal Management: Drive contract renewals with high retention rates and increased commitments

What We're Looking For

Proven Experience: 3-5 years in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar client-facing role

B2B Expertise: Strong background in B2B SaaS, marketing services, or GTM solutions

Strategic Thinker: Ability to understand complex business challenges and position solutions effectively

Data-Driven: Comfortable analyzing campaign metrics, drawing insights, and presenting recommendations

Excellent Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English

Relationship Builder: Natural ability to build trust, credibility, and long-term partnerships

Commercial Acumen: Track record of achieving retention and expansion targets

Self-Sufficient: Thrive in remote environment with high autonomy

Nice to Have

Experience with GTM tools (Clay, Smartlead, Apollo, CRMs)

Background in sales or business development

Understanding of B2B outreach, lead generation, or demand generation

Experience managing high-value accounts ($50K+ ACV)
