About the Role

We're looking for a Data Analyst who sees beyond the numbers. You understand that great campaigns are built on insights, not hunches. You love diving into data, finding patterns, and turning analysis into actionable recommendations that drive results. At ProspectX, you'll be the intelligence backbone of our Elite GTM Execution. You'll analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and help us continuously improve our systems. Your work will directly impact client ROI.

What You'll Do

Campaign Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on multi-channel GTM campaign performance

Data Infrastructure: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics workflows

Performance Insights: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to drive optimization decisions

A/B Testing: Design and analyze tests to improve messaging, targeting, and campaign mechanics

Client Reporting: Create clear, compelling reports that demonstrate ROI and strategic value

Tool Optimization: Analyze data from Clay, Smartlead, CRMs, and other tools to improve efficiency

Predictive Modeling: Develop models to forecast campaign outcomes and guide strategy

What We're Looking For

Analytical Expertise: 2-4 years in data analysis, preferably in marketing, sales, or GTM context

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools

Statistical Knowledge: Understanding of A/B testing, statistical significance, and experimental design

Business Acumen: Ability to translate data insights into clear business recommendations

Tool Proficiency: Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar)

Communication Skills: Excellent at presenting complex data in simple, actionable formats

Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to accuracy and data quality

Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently in remote environment

Nice to Have

Experience with Python or R for data analysis

Familiarity with GTM tools (Clay, Smartlead, Apollo, HubSpot)

Background in B2B marketing or sales analytics

Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)

Understanding of email deliverability and sender reputation metrics
